How to Enjoy Cooking Fried Rice Using a Pressure Cooker

Usually when you want to cook fried rice, you have to cook the rice first or there is too much cold rice. If you use a pressure cooker, you don’t need that anymore. You can continue to cook rice, that is, with and with all the ingredients you need, like normal rice, but in a pressure cooker. Saves time, energy and is very tasty like cooking fried rice in a cauldron… that’s it!

At first it was bad too. Fear of not being and feeling not as expected. I’ve cooked rice like this in an ordinary electric rice pot. It felt like there was something I didn’t like and didn’t like. But with this pressure cooker, it’s very different. It tastes really good and delicious.

Cook this fried rice, follow what vegetable ingredients you want to put. I usually put long beans, chickpeas, kale, mustard greens or cabbage when cooking fried rice. But this time, that’s all in my icebox. It’s okay for my simple measles recipe. Here I’m bringing down this meager recipe… yeah!

Ingredients :
2 cups of rice

3 red onions

2 cloves of garlic

2 eggs

A cup of vegetables (budget)

2 tablespoons chopped chili

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 of a box of chicken cubes (if you like)

A handful of fried anchovy enough cooking oil

Salt and sugar to taste.

A handful of fried anchovy

Methods
Chop the red onion and garlic finely. Vegetables are cut and cleaned. Clean the rice and measure the water sufficiently in the container (according to the suitability of the rice).

Put cooking oil into the pressure cooker and start the stir fry function.
Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and onion.

Fry until it smells and is almost yellowish. After that, add the chopped chili with soy sauce and chicken cubes.

Stir continuously until the oil breaks, that is, when the chili is almost crispy.
After that, add the vegetables. I put in the vegetables quickly because I used celery red radish and cabbage flowers. If you use leafy vegetables such as mustard greens, cabbage, kale and soft vegetables, you can leave the vegetables first to add them later. Even pea vegetables, such as chickpeas, long beans, or bottle beans, it feels like you have to add them early because they are a bit hard.

Stir, stir, stir, then break the eggs into the pressure cooker with the ingredients earlier. Stir gently until the eggs harden and combine.

The next step, add rice and water at once. Add salt and sugar and mix again,
Close the pressure cooker and switch the pressure function and set for 7 minutes.

When done, let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, release the pressure and open the hood and stir the rice.

If you use soft leafy vegetables, this is the time to get the vegetables. If you don’t have enough flavor, you can also add salt. Don’t forget to mix up. Can be served with a sprinkling of fried anchovies. Delicious!

You can use any pressure cooker for this recipe. I personally use La gourmet pressure cooker for it. It works perfectly well!
